dc.description.abstract | This qualitative study explored possible adaptions to the roles of librarians working in the reference department of a southeastern academic research library. The study used focus groups to investigate new directions for open positions within the department, as well as to question librarians about potential unmet user needs. The investigators will discuss themes that emerged, participants’ suggestions for dealing with change, and next steps for the department. | en_US |
